well as the "Trap Line". We will not collect or maintain your private and

without submitting any personal information. We do not collect any of your personal
information (such as a name, address or email address) when you visit, unless you

Registering with our Bulletin Board
To use some features of our bulletin
board, you must register. You must provide us with a username (which does not have to
be your real name), password, and a valid e-mail address. This allows us to protect our
community from abusive postings and provides a verifiable point of contact should
legal questions arise. At any time, you have the ability to keep your e-mail address
hidden from other users by selecting that option within your user profile.
When you register, you have the option of providing some additional information
such as occupation, interests, and homepage URL. This optional information is made
available to other bulletin or message board users to foster a sense of community. If
you have any concerns about providing this information, simply leave the fields blank
and your registration will still be processed.
IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE you must submit a signed parental consent form to
register with our bulletin board or to provide any personal information on our site.
Cookies
We use cookies to maintain contact with your browser when you use
our shopping cart and our bulletin board. Cookies allow you to be recognized at our
bulletin board without having to enter a your password each time. They also are a part
of the shopping cart system. There is no easily identifiable information stored in a
cookie. You may turn off the "accept cookies" feature of your browser or
choose not to accept the cookies we send you.
Shopping With Us:
To complete an order you must provide us with the information necessary to
process and ship your order. You do this by opening an account through our
shopping cart system. All the information entered in your account is stored
on a secure server for your protection. You may access your account at any
time and update your personal information using your email address of
registration and your password. If you wish to have your account deleted
after your order is processed, please note this in the special instructions
section of your order, and we will be happy to comply.
Credit Card Information
We are concerned with the security of
your internet transactions. We use only secure connections in processing
your credit card information. You must re-enter your information for each
purchase, we do not keep the numbers.
Use and Disclosure of Your Information
The information you provide to us
is held in confidence. We do not share or disclose your private information with any
third parties.. We may, however, from time to time send notices or other special
offers to those on our mailing list. If you would like to be removed from our list,
please e-mail us with the word "Remove" on the subject line of your message.
However, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required to do
so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to
comply with legal process, respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or
safety of our company, its employees, customers, or the public.
Changing or Updating Personal Information
You may update or change your
user profile on our bulletin boards.
Postings on Bulletin Boards
It is important for you to remain aware that
when you provide personal information (e.g., last name, address, phone number) in a
posting on any message board, that information is available to any other person or
user having access and use of that message board, and may be used by someone in a
manner unintended by you. For that reason, we discourage you from offering any
personally identifying information as within a posting to any message board.
COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection)
The Federal Trade
Commission's Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) is intended to
protect the privacy of children using the Internet. As of April 21, 2000, many Web
sites are required to obtain parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing
personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian must mail or fax a
